Abstract

AI personalization has become one of the most powerful technologies in the digital era. It uses Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and recommendation systems to analyze user behavior and provide personalized content, products, advertisements, and services. Platforms collect user data from searches, online activities, interests, purchases, and interactions to improve user experience and increase engagement.

This article explains how AI personalization works and how algorithms continuously learn from user behavior to predict interests and influence decisions. Personalized systems are widely used in social media, e-commerce, streaming platforms, and chatbots to provide relevant recommendations and faster communication. These technologies help businesses improve customer satisfaction and increase engagement by showing users content related to their interests.

However, AI personalization also raises serious concerns regarding privacy, data collection, bias, and behavioral influence. Many users feel uncomfortable sharing personal information such as location, search history, and online activities. Algorithms can also create filter bubbles by repeatedly showing similar content, limiting exposure to different opinions and ideas. In some cases, personalized content may influence emotions, purchasing decisions, and online behavior.

The article highlights both the benefits and risks of AI personalization while emphasizing the importance of responsible data usage, transparency, and user awareness in modern AI systems.
