Abstract

The rapid rise of artificial intelligence has led to widespread fear about job loss and automation. This article challenges the common belief that AI will replace human workers entirely. It explains how modern AI systems, particularly large language models, function as predictive tools rather than truly intelligent entities. Through real-world examples, including applications in local industries and software development, the article highlights how AI enhances productivity rather than eliminating jobs. Research findings suggest that AI tools often support workers by reducing repetitive tasks and improving efficiency. Ultimately, the article argues that the real risk lies not in AI itself, but in failing to adapt to its use, emphasizing the importance of learning how to work alongside these technologies.
